Addressing Anxiety
People who are anxious are frequently described as “bouncing off the wall.” And that’s a very apt description. Anxiety makes people hyper-reactive. Every new situation causes distress and confusion. As you push away from one thing you don’t want, you’re thrown against another challenge. And another. And another. Soon, it’s easy to feel that the walls are closing in. And anxiety turns to frozen fear.
Freeing yourself from an anxious place is very difficult to do alone. The same impulses or thoughts that got you there tell you that it’s not safe to leave. Escape can seem impossible.
Thankfully, it’s not. I can help you reconnect with the strength and resilience inside you: the part that can face life’s challenges without being agitated or deflated. You’ll be amazed at how good it feels to get your bounce back. And it may be a lot easier than you think.
I appreciated Bobbi's gentle guidance and her process in eliciting my Core Gift threads along with her skillfulness at helping me to tie them together. Identifying my Core Gift created one definitive statement that distilled my life's work and beliefs to their essence. Now, when I do something that reflects my Core Gift, I just smile in the recognition that I'm doing exactly what I'm supposed to be doing.
